While all of our guarantees can be found on our main website, we want to ensure you that your privacy is our primary focus, and yet again assure you that we NEVER have and NEVER will store your data for selling, collection, identifying in unnecessary ways, or other untowardly methods of data collection and retention that would otherwise compromise your personal privacy. We only store data relating to PII (Personal Identifiable Information) when explicitly agreed upon by the user, such as when creating an account. Users may request a copy of their data at any time, or a full-scale data wipe.

We would like to say that the use of 3rd-party services on our part may be subject to their own individual privacy policies (i.e. YouTube or other services). While we do not hold any liability for their actions or agreements, we would like users to be warned that such services may be minimally used.

How we enable privacy across our services:

Privacy is at the core of ideals, so obviously, we take it seriously. We offer an experience on device that is unrivaled, with NO cloud syncing, NO mandatory updates, NO data tracking, and all of it is verifiable, open-source, and availabile to fact check at any time. Breaking our commitment to privacy is the equivalent of breaking our foundational principles, and we would never do as such to become predatory to our community and users.

Some of our commitments to privacy include:

• Physical hardware componenets, such as TPMs (Trusted Platform Modules) SEs (Secure Elements) and secure layouts, ensuring user data on device is inaccessible to bad actors and malicious intruders, as well as from us.
• Cryptographic hashing, ensuring that it will take past even the heat death of the universe before any current computer even comes close to reverse-enginering your passwords algorithm.
• PGP in most official Signal Enhance communications, ensuring that you're conversing with who you think you are (this feature is still being rolled out).

• Our base AI model, named Condor AI (after the name of a condo-style apartment). Advanced AI features are not availabile on the studio lines due to a lack of computing resources availabile.
• Quality sound prioritized, for those using their devices as background speakers.
• WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee/Matter/Thread compatability across all devices, for endless availabile connectivity options.
• Intuitive controls, allowing all users to pick up on the functionality easily.
• A lightbar, for notifications. On the condo line and up, it can be used as a bedside lamp for short periods of time (6000+ nits peak capability).
• Open-source design, built on a Linux core, allowing for any current Linux applications to be directly ported over to the device.
• Modern design on both the hardware and within the UI, allowing for endless user customization, while keeping the device stylish and sleek.
Warranty & Support

Our warranty and customer-support policies:

We offer a generous warranty option for our users. All of our users are covered for up to 3-years for manufacturing or hardware defects. While we do not void warranty easily, if the defect is discovered to be caused by user modification, the warranty may need to be voided, otherwise, it will be honored, and we will either replace your device, or we'll repair it, only requiring you to pay S&H and any customs fees.

Even after your warranty is voided or expired, we will still try to offer all the assistance we can. Email inquiries@openhouse.signalenhance.com if you need support that is related to installing software, custom firmware, custom hardware, soldering, or other such general inquiries.
